CM 100A is a pneumatic high speed intermittent pneumatic machine controlled by HMI & PLC (make Delta / Siemens). Paper pulling is done via Belt Drive using separate gearbox with motor Controlled by an Variable Frequency Drive (make- Delta/Crompton). Paper Sealing is done using sealers which are operated Pneumatically with the help of cylinders (make Festo/ Janatics / Pneumax) or can be done using Servo based sealing . Material Feeding is done using Servo Motor attached with gearbox and controlled by a separate servo drive (make- Delta/Seimens). CM 100A is used for filling powder products such as Spices, Glucose , Haircolour etc.
